The rules did not allow you to fly your own airplanes, they had no clear standards for aerobatics, and they kept the rights to publish your designs. I decided not to enter in anything except Aesthetic Design, and to limit my entries to things I did not mind being copied or that were too complex to copy, or simply getting credit for them would suffice.
