Time Magazine July 1, 1985 "In Seattle: The Right Stuff, with Paper and Glue" (World Distance Record (incorrectly call s it X-21Bmk-5, was mk-4), mentions flew in from Kansas (does not give name), mentions my F-14 (not by name), Star Wars fighters (maybe mine), and twin rotor helicopter (does not give my name).

 

USA Today, May 2, 1985, "Highfliers" article about upcoming 2nd Great International Contest on the front page of the money section featured a color photo of me holding my F-14 scale model.

 

Sports Illustrated, November 18, 1985, "Sideline" article mentioned my F-14.

 

Sedgwick County News Sentinel (Newspaper) April 20, 1978 "Zongker Tops Competition in Paper Airplane Contest" pictures several airplanes, including my X-14, X-18 and X-22 swing-wing airplanes, X-21A and X-21B, that would be the design I set the record with in 1985.
