The Real Paper Flight (website and videos) reproduce parts of the following works.

"THE Paper Airplane Book" rights were owned by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).  Emily David & Elizabeth Sandler at the AAAS said the rights had been sold and resold with Science Magazine, and they did not know who had them.  Random House (publisher) said they had the rights but they expired and reverted back to AAAS.  Steve Hall (Author) said he did not know who had the rights and to try Allison Fujino (Co-editor).  Allison said the rights were never part of Science Magazine, and were to transfer 50% to her and 50% to Allan Hammond (who I cannot locate).  She said she would attempt to complete the formal transfer and grant me permission.  A key person who agreed to the transfer passed away.  It is unclear, who, if anyone, has rights.

"Science 85 Magazine" AKA Science Magazine rights were owned by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).  Emily David & Elizabeth Sandler at the AAAS said the rights had been sold and resold and they did not know who had them.  The author (Stephen Hall) did not know who had the rights if not the AAAS.  Steven Ledell, the photographer who took my picture, gave me signed written permission for me to use the photo in the magazine.  I have not been able to locate Ben Daviss who authored the description next to my photo.

I've made an extensive good faith effort to request and obtain permission to show both works.  It is unclear who, if anyone, has rights.  These are likely "orphaned works" lacking any rights owner, which would revert to the author, (Hall) who is afraid to grant permission without knowing.  No one associated with either work objected to my documented intent to show the work.  My use likely falls under journalistic use and/or fair use.  If anyone can grant permission, or has rights and objects to my use, please let me know and I will comply.  Thanks.

Guinness copyright and policy does NOT grant permission to show the inside of their books.  Guinness policy requires permission (usually with a large fee) to copy and post their certificates or logo on your website or You Tube video, based on copyright and trademark laws.  Recent certificates are marked (c) Guinness, and state they may not be reproduced without permission.  My certificate lacks the copyright notice which was REQUIRED by US copyright law prior to 1989, and I found no record of their old logo being trademarked at the US Patent and Trademark office.  I am not affixing the current Guinness logo to my videos or website.

You Tube "Lomcevak" video at https://youtu.be/8PxxHQn1IgI by CarrMadMax:  I requested and was granted permission to use excerpts from this video in my videos.

Recreations of the "Whirlybird" by Richard Neu, and "Suzanne" by John Collins were presumed to be either public domain or fair use for academic or news/commentary on their work, with due credit given to the authors.
